McKinsey Workshop: Inspiring yourself and others - Becoming a true scientific entrepreneur

This will be an interactive and energetic session identifying and exploring what our extensive research shows are some of the hallmarks of inspirational leaders across different fields of endeavour - including in science and business. What frequently defines distinctive leaders, is the realization that to be able to lead others, they must first "lead self", unlocking the strengths and deep passions that can form the basis of their success. During this workshop, we will spend time exploring this connection, along with sharing what we believe are the fundamental aspects of becoming a truly effective - and centered - scientific entrepreneur and leader.
